Team Goals
Set a group and class
organization goal, based on GOOD goal
formulation. Explain why
these are good goals and how they will help your group.
Delicious Leadership has
decided to adopt the S.M.A.R.T approach to
goal formation for this
class.
S – Specific. A goal has a greater chance
to be achieved and
successful if it is clearly defined. Each goal should be
easily answered by
who, what, which, where, why, and when.
M – Measurable. Guidelines that are clearly
defined in gauging
the goal.
A – Attainable. Identification of the goals
that are important to
the group and finding ways that make the goals accessible
and achievable.
R – Realistic. Goals must representative and be
accepted by the
entire group.
T – Time Bound. Goals must adhere to a strict
timeline to invoke a
sense of urgency.
Delicious Leadership has
decided upon these goals as a guideline in which we will approach this class:
- Clear path / direction for the coursework
- Accountability
- Meet every Saturday at 9:00am
- Work majority must be finished by Tuesday night before class
- Respect for the class and each other
- Engage in open communication and dialogue
The goals that Delicious
Leadership has in place will help reinforce our comprehension of the learning
material and will make this team a cohesive unit.
